Colorful Dreams is pleased to announce that Theresa Ramos and David Monahan, Board members of Colorful Dreams, have successfully graduated from the inaugural class of the Jumpstart program. Hosted by the Housing and Community Development Network of NJ (HCDNNJ) and funded by the Department of Community Affairs (DCA), this 8-month program encompassed all aspects of providing affordable housing.

The Jumpstart program is a testament to the commitment and dedication of our community leaders. Alongside Colorful Dreams, other distinguished participants included Clinton Hill Community Action, Gateway Community Action Partnership, Norwescap, New Brunswick Tomorrow, and several other organizations dedicated to making a difference in our communities.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the DCA and HCDNNJ for their unwavering support and exemplary training program. Congratulations to all the graduates for their hard work and dedication to fostering affordable housing solutions.
