The Colorful Dreams' Board of Trustees is comprised of leaders that bring their expertise in a wide range of areas, including training, advocacy, real estate, construction, acquisition, education, finance, fund development, and business management. The Colorful Dreams Board of Trustees is responsible for the strategic planning and financial health of the organization.
David Monahan
President & Board of Trustees Chairperson

David brings his 40 years of management, acquisition, real estate and construction experience. The majority of his experience has been gained in public service through his employment with the Department of Army and General Services Administration. David brings his commitment of providing our disabled neighbors opportunities to live a happy and dignified life.
Jane Lynn Britton

Jane Lynn has worked in Human Resources for over 30 years, mostly in helping to create and grow start-up organizations. Jane Lynn is also passionate about helping people with disabilities reach their potential and lead meaningful lives. In 2009 she created a homeschool program for her son with autism, helping him build social skills, make friends, and learn to become part of the community. Jane Lynn later founded “Navigate Autism” to educate parents, and she is currently a speaker for employees on special needs parenting. Jane Lynn feels honored to be part of the Colorful Dreams’ mission to help adults with disabilities live and thrive in a safe and comfortable home.
Edward (Eddie) J. Monahan

Edward “Eddie” J. Monahan founded Colorful Dreams after seeing the many challenges his family faced while caring for his disabled aunt and grandmother. Eddie graduated Rutgers Business School with a degree in Finance in 2023. In addition to serving as Executive Director, Eddie currently works as an Assistant Project Manager for the New Brunswick Development Corporation. Previously, Eddie expanded his fundraising knowledge working at SII Consulting, a New Jersey-based political fundraising firm.
Elias Rivera

Elias started his career in public accounting as a member of the Assurance Practice at Ernst & Young’s Philadelphia, PA office. In 2020, he relocated to Orlando, FL where he is currently an Internal Audit Senior at AdventHealth, one of the largest non-profit health systems in the country. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Elias is grateful to be a part of the Colorful Dreams organization and looks forward to serving our disabled community.
Theresa Ramos

Theresa started her career in public service at the General Services Administration, and is currently the Director of the Acquisition Oversight Division for the Northeast and Caribbean Region. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Theresa has held management positions in federal acquisition, policy, supply logistics and business development. Being a primary caregiver, Theresa has seen first hand the many challenges facing the elderly and disabled. Being a part of the Colorful Dreams organization, provides an opportunity to support and give a voice to our disabled community.
Jackie Quinn

Jackie adds her 20 years of experience in healthcare management and policy to the Board. Jackie earned her degree in Healthcare Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire, and she has dedicated her career to improving the efficiency of health care systems and practices. Jackie brings her passion for improving patient care by through efficient and effective processes.
Nancy Ramos

Nancy has over 20 years of extensive pharmaceutical experience in Oncology and Neuroscience. 18 years of sales, marketing, management and product development in international and domestic retail markets. I owned and operated a personal care business for several years.
Angelique Rivera

Angelique is beyond thrilled to be a part of the good work happening with Colorful Dreams. She received her undergraduate degree in English and Spanish Literature from Mount Holyoke College in 2006, and her graduate degree in Education from Pace University in 2009. For the last 15 years, she has taught upper level Mathematics at an International Baccalaureate World School in Brooklyn, NY. In 2020, she received the Big Apple Award in recognition for teaching excellence in NYC and sat on the Advisory Council with Chancellor Richard Carranza from 2020-21.
Brandon Rivera

Brandon is an alumnus of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He began his career in Music Production and Radio, working as a producer and on-air talent at Wired 96.5 in Philadelphia. He then transitioned to working for a Philadelphia-based law firm as a Technical Trainer. He currently resides in Los Angeles, where he works as an IS Trainer for Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Brandon joined Colorful Dreams after the loss of his grandmother, who suffered from the aftermath of a stroke and dementia. Seeing firsthand how his family united to care for her during this difficult time sparked his interest in helping and caring for the elderly and disabled.

Miklos Foltiny
Member Board of Trustees
With over 32 years at the Mercer County Board of Social Services, Miklos has specialized in Medicaid services for families and adults, dedicating over 20 years to improving access to essential programs. In addition, hebrings 33 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Princeton and serves on the Associate Leadership Council. A passionate community advocate, Miklos is a past president and longtime volunteer at the Burlington Township Food Pantry, a travel soccer coach, and a Recreation Commissioner appointed by the mayor. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Recreation Commissioners, working to enhance recreational opportunities. Deeply committed to mentorship and community service, Miklos believes in the power of getting involved to create real change: “If you want change, you need to get involved and become part of the change.”
