Colorful Dreams is actively seeking to acquire site control of property(ies) in Mercer County, NJ targeted for redevelopment. Colorful Dreams aims to combine private contributions and state funding to develop an affordable supportive housing development and provide the necessary services to ensure residents are able to live their lives independently and at the highest quality of life possible.
