Colorful Dreams aims to provide supportive housing primarily for those with developmental disabilities and the aging. Colorful Dreams is actively seeking to acquire site control of property(ies) in Mercer County, NJ targeted for redevelopment. Colorful Dreams aims to combine private contributions and state funding to develop an affordable supportive housing development and provide the necessary services to ensure residents are able to live their lives independently and at the highest quality of life possible. 

Colorful Dreams' properties will meet and exceed all applicable standards and be offered for use by licensed service providers to provide community based care options to adult residents with disabilities.
